Welcome, Dads,  This is a dads resource site which is dedicated to all the hardworking dads that are making a positive difference in their families lives, feel proud and empowered for your efforts. 
We should always resolve ourselves to continue to push forward and improve the lives of our families and children. Every year brings different challenges but we must rise up and tackle these obstacles head on because we know we can.

A Challenge has occured in my own life, I recently had to relocate to New Jersey near the New York city border because my wife was offered a job there. I will continue to post resources for dads in Buffalo because I still have an address in Buffalo NY.  However, I will also post information for dads on a national level as well. Please bear with me during this time of transition. Dads on power mode will only get stronger and better as I have found other people willing to provide resources to further help empower dads.  Please contact me with any additional questions.

My heartfelt thoughts go out to all the families that have lost love ones in the Italian Cruise ship tragedy and my applause to all the heroes that rescued those on board this ship!!!

My Thoughts and Prayers to Caylee, Camden, and other children that have passed away so young and way before their time, we will never forget their beautiful, handsome and wonderful presence in this world!!

For all the dads of older children, Bullying in schools is a big problem and this needs to be monitored by talking with your children about this form of conflict. We need to step it up and support our children enduring these taunts through discussion and conflict resolution.  I have posted information and resources on this subject to help empower you with this serious issue.
